Neha Dhupia shares her experience of shooting during pregnancy; reveals she had contractions while filming

Earlier this month, star couple Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi welcomed their second child, a baby boy, into the world. Well, even though it was her second pregnancy, the journey was not incredibly easy for the actress. When she found out that she is expecting a baby, Angad contracted coronavirus and soon she also tested positive. Moreover, she revealed that she was fired from projects due to her pregnancy. But that didn’t stop Neha!

In a recent chat with News18, the actress revealed that she worked through contractions during the shoot of her upcoming film Sanak. For the uninitiated, Neha plays the role of a pregnant cop in the action thriller, co-starring Vidyut Jammwal. She was quoted saying, “I haven’t told this to anyone, but I was working through labour and contractions. Like I was in the middle of contractions and was shooting.”

The actress went on to joke that her Femina Miss India crown, that she won 20 years ago, can be put on her head again because she worked while having labor and contractions. We can imagine how difficult and uncomfortable the situation must have been for Neha. Hats off to her dedication and passion for her work!
