No Entry Sequel: Anees Bazmee Confirms Salman, Anil & Fardeen Will Reprise Their Roles, Film To Have 10 Actresses

The lockdown may have slowed down Bollywood but Anees Bazmee is a very busy man. The filmmaker whose Bhool Bhulaiya 2 with Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani was halted mid-way is waiting to resume shoot while also working on his other projects in the pipeline like the much talked about sequel to his blockbuster No Entry.

The sequel to the 2005 film has been in talks for years which some reports suggest has been titled No Entry Mein Entry. Bazmee finally has an update to share on the Salman Khan comedy which also explains the delay in the film going on floors. Talking to Mumbai Mirror, the filmmaker revealed that the script is ready and the film, whenever in the future it releases, will cause a much bigger confusion than the original.

The reason for that may be because the No Entry sequel is being planned on a big scale. “This time, Salman, Anil and Fardeen have double roles, every character has a wife and also a girlfriend. There are 10 actresses in the film and to get such an ensemble in place is a challenge, which is why the film is taking so long,” he tells the publication.

Additionally the filmmaker hinted at another future collaboration with Salman which might be a sequel to their 2011 film Ready. “Salman bhai is also really keen, whenever we meet, he says, ‘Yaar, Ready ka kuchh banana hai’. But none of us have been able to crack a script for the sequel yet.”

Getting to No Entry, the film which has its own unique fan base completed 15 years recently. Bazmee insists that he is aware of the responsibility the sequel comes with and wants to do justice to it.
