Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon have been announced to be playing leads in Vikas Bahl’s big-scale action thriller Ganapath. The movie has already got the fans excited with first look posters and announcements while Nora Fatehi was also reported to be starring as the second female lead in the film. A few days ago rumours had it that Nora was dropped from the film after her PR people leaked the news of her being a part of the film.

Turns out that Nora who has starred in films like Bharat and Street Dancer 3D was never a part of the project, to begin with. According to a Times of India report, Nora was offered the project but she turned it down because of the length of the character. A source close to the publication called the sudden rumours of her exit from the project baseless and pointed out that Nora had declined the offer long ago as the role wasn’t important enough.

Reports suggested that after Nora’s supposed exit Kriti Sanon’s sister Nupur Sanon has been roped in for the project.

Ganapath will see Tiger Shroff playing a box while the storyline will have a father-son sub plot. The movie will be made in two parts and the first part will be released in 2022.
