On Jayalalithaa's Birthday Rangoli Shares Sister Kangana Ranaut's Look From Thalaivi

Today is Jayalalitha’s 72^nd birthday. The actress turned politician and one of the most loved Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu had slowly but steadily made her way to the hearts of the people, firstly as an entertainer and then as the CM. The nation is celebrating this occasion and remembering her.

On this special day, Rangoli Chandel decided to share one of sister Kangana Ranaut’s look from her upcoming film Thalaivi. Thalaivi would be Jayalalitha’s biopic and Kangana is giving her everything to do justice to the film. Sharing the picture, Rangoli wrote that the look is without any prosthetics. She tweeted, “Kangana in and as #Thalaivi ... without any prosthetics or any special effets Kangana looks like Jaya Amma, shocking, determination can make anything happen #Thalaivi.” Check out the post here:

Wow, she does look like a spitting image of Amma, doesn’t she? Kangana had received flak for her look in the iconic green saree. Kangana has also been taking hormone pills to bulk up and look like Amma. She has gained weight for the film. Kangana has also been regularly taking dance lessons and has been trying to get the prosthetic look right too.
