Nepotism has always been a big topic for debate in the Hindi film industry. While it was not always discussed openly, many actors admitted that it was there. Well the debate came back into the limelight after Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise and as a result, Bollywood was left divided amongst ‘outsiders’ and ‘insiders’. While trolls have been bullying star kids for reportedly getting preference, numerous astonishing revelations have been made which may have changed the preconceived notions about the industry.

Well Bigg Boss 13 contestant Paras Chhabra recently shared one such statement which will leave fans stunned. In a chat with Mid-Day, the actor stated, “Star kids don't want to work with the newcomers. They will work with star kids only or maybe who are famous like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor or Ranveer Singh.” He went on to add, “There are groupism and nepotism and you can't do anything about it. If you want to come to films, you have to get your own finance or get financers who will make your film. If you get the finance also, you won't get the Heroine. You have to work with new heroines only.”

That’s not all. When asked how things can be made more transparent, Paras revealed that he wants to open an agency for artistes so that if anyone has a problem, he can look into it. Well we wish the actor all the very best and hope he succeeds in making this dream come true.
