Paras Chhabra wants to marry Mahira Sharma; Clarifies that Akanksha wasn’t supporting him financially

Actor Paras Chhabra made many memories during his time in Bigg Boss 13. However, two of the most important and talked about topics throughout his journey were his friendship with housemate Mahira Sharma and his break up with girlfriend Akanksha Puri. While many still feel that the two bonds overlapped each other, Paras has always maintained that his relationship with Akanksha was in its last leg before he entered the reality show. Well, a long time has passed and the two have moved on in their lives. Paras and Mahira, on the other hand, are still quite close.

In a recent chat with ETimes, the actor was quoted saying, “Of course, I still want to marry Mahira Sharma. She is a beautiful girl and she is my very good friend. In fact, I have purchased a new house in her building only in Mohali. Most of the time we are together only, eating meals together. And since my mom is also staying with me, Mahira and my mom have come really close to each other. They also go shopping together. We are not yet girlfriend-boyfriend officially. Our bond is very good now. We want our relationship's progression to be natural.”

Talking about Akanksha, he shared that it’s sad how he never got a chance to clarify his side of the story. Paras stated, “The allegations made by my Akanksha, that she was spending on my expensive clothes and other things, were not true. Akanksha was not taking care of me financially.” He went on to add that he was doing two shows, so how could he have no money? Paras clarified that he was not living with Akanksha and saw no point in meeting her post the reality show because of everything she wrote about him on social media.

Well, many relationships are made and broken in the reality show. But it sure is nice to see some bonds grow stronger even after Bigg Boss.
