    Parth Samthaan On The Struggles He Faced: ‘I Slept On Marine Drive For The Night In My Car’

    Today, Parth Samthaan is one of the most adored and well-known actors of Indian television. Everybody knows his name, he has over two million followers on social media and will reportedly make his Bollywood debut opposite Alia Bhatt soon. He won hearts as a lover boy in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan, Kasautii Zindagii Kay and has now blown away the audience as a gangster in ALT Balaji’s Mai Hero Boll Raha Hu. Basically Parth’s popularity has gone through the roof. However, life wasn’t always this glamorous for him.

    In a recent interview with IANS, Parth looked back at the struggles he faced in the initial days of his career. He shared, “I had to struggle but these are memories I would always cherish. There was a time when I didn't have a house to stay. I slept on Marine drive for the night in my car. I took that as an experience I could cherish.” Parth went on to reveal that he was shy and an introvert in the beginning, so he decided to do theatre and also pursued a course in acting. He shared, “Today, I can face the camera with confidence and act in front of a lot of people. It has given me that kind of exposure.”

    Well, the hard work has definitely paid off. After making it big in television, he is headed to the big screen. Parth recently revealed that he will begin gearing up for his Bollywood debut by the end of this year.
