Sushant Singh Rajput’s passing has brought Bollywood in the midst of many controversies. The actor passed away on the 14th June, ’20 and since then people have been speculating about the death of the actor on social media. Many have called out Bollywood bigwigs for harbouring nepotism in the industry.

And now, the latest is a Public Interest Litigation [PIL] has been filed in the Bombay High Court by social activist Amit Thakkar who is seeking a SIT or a CBI investigation in the matter.

The PIL claimed Sushant was upset because of the film Paani, which was earlier mentioned by filmmaker Shekhar Kapur too. Republicworld reported, the petitioner claimed in his PIL that for the said film, Sushant denied seven big Bollywood projects and at the last moment, the venture was called off.

The report further stated, the PIL questioned Karan Johar’s role in Sushant Singh Rajput death and how Dharma Productions’ Drive was inordinately delayed before it released on Netflix last year.

The activist who filed the PIL claimed Karan Johar ‘insulted’ Sushant and called him a ‘flop star’ and that Salman and Sushant’s spat was out in the open.
