PK: Ranbir Kapoor To Take Forward The Story In Aamir Khan Starrer's Sequel, Hints Producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra

One Rajkumar Hirani film that the audiences are waiting for is the third part of the Munna Bhai franchise. While there are chances of it getting made, there is yet another project of the director that might be getting a sequel. We are talking about Aamir Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer PK.

Talking to Mid Day, producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra has answered in the affirmative when quizzed about PK sequel. He said, “We will make the sequel. We had shown Ranbir towards the end of the film, so there is a story to tell. But Abhijat [Joshi, writer] has not written it yet. The day he writes it, we will make it.”

Aamir Khan played an alien in the film and towards the end, we saw Ranbir Kapoor make a cameo. He played an alien too, landing on Earth from Aamir's character, PK's planet. The film also featured late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who played a Pakistani who falls in love with Anushka Sharma's character. It was left at a cliffhanger and many fans expected to hear of a sequel soon. Well, given the magic Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra can spin, we will eagerly be waiting for the official announcement of this one. Are you excited too?
