Prabhas-Shraddha Kapoor Starrer Saaho’s Release To Get Postponed?

Saaho is going to be one of the biggest releases of the year pan India. In fact, this would be Prabhas’ first release after the roaring sucess of Baahubali and the world is looking forward to see how the high budget film turns out to be. Going by the trailer, the expectations have gone a notch higher since everything- right from the action sequences to the visuals- looks perfect. Saaho is set to release on Independence Day and will clash with Bollywood releases – Batla House and Mission Mangal. On the same day, Sacred Games 2 will also release on Netflix.

Well, no points for guessing that there would be too much of competition on Independence Day to mint more moolah at the box-office. But now, reports seem to suggest that Saaho might pull itself out of the competition and its release date might be postponed.

According to a report in TOI, the change in release date is not due to the Bollywood biggies, but because of other south releases. On the very same day, Sharwanand-starrer 'Ranarangam' and Adivi Sesh's 'Evaru' are also hitting the theatres. Therefore, apparently the film has been postponed and it will now release on 30^th August.

Saaho has generated a hype ever since it was announced. The film, directed by Sujeeth, stars Shraddha Kapoor,  Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Chunkey Panday, Evelyn Sharma, Mandira Bedi and Arun Vijay along other stars!
