Priyanka Chopra Bags Another Project, To Be A Part Of Robert Rodriguez’s Next Superhero Film!

Priyanka Chopra had been making headlines last day for her tweet and for Pakistani minister demanding her removal as the Goodwill Ambassador for The UN. But Priyanka will make her action speak louder than words and therefore, today she is in the news again, but this time for bagging a major project in the West. The actress is all set to be a part of a superhero film for Netflix.

Yes, you read that right. The actress has been cast in a kids superhero film. Called We Can Be Heroes, the film will be written, directed and produced by Robert Rodriguez who has earlier directed films like Alita: The Battle Angel. According to reports, the film will be about an alien invasion where kids will turn superheroes to save their parents who have been kidnapped by the aliens. The film will also star Christian Slater, YaYa Gosselin, Akira Akbar, Andrew Diaz, Andy Walken, Boyd Holbrook, Hala Finley, Isaiah Russell-Bailey, Lotus Blossom, Lyon Daniels, Nathan Blair, Sung Kang, Vivien Lyra Blair, Adriana Barraza, Christopher McDonald and Pedro Pascal.

Well, Priyanka will also be seen in a Bollywood film this year. Titled The Sky IS Pink, the film is based on a real life story and will also star Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim. She might also be a part of an untitled project, which she will produce as well. A wedding comedy set in India, the film will be co-produced by Mindy Kaling and Dan Goor.
