Priyanka Chopra Shares A Heartfelt Note As She Wraps Up The Sky Is Pink Shoot!

Priyanka Chopra has been in Mumbai for quite a few days now and as expected, she had been busy giving the final touches to her comeback Bollywood film after Jai Gangaajal, The Sky Is Pink. Priyanka wrapped up the film just yesterday and she along with the other cast members- Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf and director Shonali Bose, partied to celebrate the event.

PeeCee also shared a heartfelt note on this occasion. Taking to her social media, the global star wrote,

And it’s a wrap. This movie is special to me on so many levels. Not just because @roykapurfilms and @rsvpmovies (Sid and Ronnie) partnered with me on my first Hindi production.. but also took the chance on me to bring to life a character and a true story that needed to be told. @faroutakhtar you made an amazing co-actor all over again with all the laughter and fun! (you were missed tonight) and my amazing @zairawasim_ and @rohitsaraf10 who I’ve made friends for life with! This was the hardest loveliest experience. Thank you @shonalibose_for your incredibly unique vision. I’m so proud of your faith in me. Thank you so much to our crew who worked tirelessly for 10 months to make this special piece of cinema. I love you all. ❤️

 The Sky is Pink will mark Priyanka’s comeback into Bollywood after 2016 release, Jai Gangaajal. Priyanka had been busy with her work in Hollywood, where she appeared in three major films- Baywatch, A Kid Like Jake and Isn’t It Romantic? The star also tied the knot last year in December with singer-actor Nick Jonas. She was supposed to make her comeback with Salman Khan starrer Bharat but had to walk out of it because of her wedding dates.

In fact, in a video shared by one of the fans pages, Priyanka can also be seen addressing the people at the party and answering why she chose to work in The Sky Is Pink where she would play a mother to an 18-year-old and a 25-year-old, instead of any "potboiler". Here is what she said:
