Priyanka Chopra's Brother Sidharth Chopra's Wedding With Ishitaa Kumar Called Off Because He Wasn't Ready To Get Married Yet

Priyanka Chopra’s brother Sidharth Chopra has called off his wedding to Ishitaa Kumar and the news has now been confirmed by Madhu Chopra, his mother. Priyanka Chopra was in Mumbai last week for the wedding when it was said that due to Ishitaa’s surgery the wedding has been postponed and the actress returned to the U.S.

Madhu Chopra told SpotboyE "My son Siddharth said he was not ready for marriage yet. He explained he needed more time." She had a few days ago told Pinkvilla, "They (Siddharth and Ishita) have mutually called it off." Ishitaa Kumar on the other hand removed all of the pictures from the roka ceremony which was attended by Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas. She also shared a post hinting at the marriage being called off where she wrote, "Cheers to new beginnings. With a goodbye kiss to beautiful endings." 

This is Siddharth Chopra’s second marriage being called off. He apparently engaged to girlfriend Kanika Mathur earlier in 2014. The wedding that was expected to take place in Goa later was called off for reasons unknown.
