Priyanka Chopra And Nick Jonas' House Hunt Ends As They Purchase A $20 Million Property in L.A. Just 3 Miles Away From Joe-Sophie

It is not news that Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and husband Nick Jonas had been house-hunting in Los Angeles. Well, their search has finally ended as Nick, together with brother Joe Jonas are setting new real estate records. According to reports, Nick and Joe have invested a total of a whopping 34.1 million dollars on properties that are 3 miles apart at Encino, a posh area in San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles.

While Nick and Priyanka have invested 20 million dollars, Joe and wife Sophie Turner, have chosen the smaller property of the two worth 14.1 million dollars. Nick and Priyanka’s home spawns across 20,000 square foot and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The property would boast of high wood-panelled ceilings, glass framed staircases, a large dining room and outdoor lounging and dining areas with a view of the mountains from the outdoor pool.

 Earlier, Nick and Priyanka had sold off their L.A house for 6.9million dollars because they wanted to shift to a bigger and better property. Apart from this, Priyanka has quite a few properties back in India and has a plush home in Mumbai. Congratulations to the couple on their new property.
