Producers’ Guild Issues Strict Guidelines For On-Set Practices Once Shoots Resume

The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic has forced everyone to stay indoors. There has also been a nationwide lockdown and because of this, all the shoots of films were stopped. The film industry lost crores of rupees. Sets of many film and web series are being dismantled in order to do away with extra expenses. And now, the Producers' Guild has come up with the first draft of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These have to be followed by the cast and crew when the shoot resumes. These guidelines come in a set of two handbooks — a 12-page issue for the producers and another, 14-page issue for the cast and crew.
