Radhe- Satyameva Jayate 2, Jersey- Prithiviraj And Three Other Box-Office Clashes That We Will Witness In 2021

2021 is here and one thing that we have all hoped for is this year to not be like 2020. Things are returning back to normal, and as had been expected, there are too many films lined up for release and only 52 Fridays available, out of which almost 8 have passed by. Needless to say, there would be a rush to release films and this would inadvertently give rise to box-office clashes. In fact, with the release date of just some films revealed, we already have 5 high voltage clashes that we will witness this year. Let's quickly have a look at it:

Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai V/S Satyameva Jayate 2

This one was probably the clash that we all knew would be happening ever since Milaap Zaveri announced that his film would release on Eid. Eid dates are booked by Salman Khan for years now and he brings along an Eidi without fail almost every year. Needless to say, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, which was scheduled for Eid last year but was deferred due to the pandemic, had been pushed to Eid this year and it will clash with John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar's film.

Bell Bottom V/S Fast And Furious 9

Akshay Kumar starrer Bell Bottom's release date was announced just yesterday and it would hit theatres on the 28th of May, two weeks after Eid. This also means that it would clash with Vin Diesel's popular Fast and the Furious franchise's 9th film.

Shershaah V/S Major

On 2nd July 2021, the life of two brave hearts will unfold on the big screens. While on one hand, we will have Sidharth Malhotra starrer Vikram Batra's biopic, on the other we will have Sesh Adivi bringing to life Sandeep Unnikrishnan and his sacrifice for the nation. While one is a Bollywood project, the other is a Pan India film.

RRR V/S Maidaan

This has been one of the most talked-about clashes of recent times. The makers of Ajay Devgn's Maidaan had announced that the film would release on Dusshera and they were shocked to learn that S.S. Rajamouli's pan India period film, which also has Ajay Devgn in a pivotal role, would hit theatres on the same day.

Prithviraj V/S Jersey

Come Diwali, and audiences would have not one but two films to look forward to. While on one hand, we will have Akshay Kumar's first period drama, which will also mark Manushi Chillar's debut in Bollywood, on the other we have Shahid Kapoor stepping into Nani's shoes for Jersey remake.
