Radhika Madan Landed Her First Audition Through Facebook, Had Taken Friends And Hockey Sticks In Case Something Went Wrong!

Radhika Madan is climbing the ladders of success and how. The actress, who had her beginning through the Tv show ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi’, has caused a stir in Bollywood. The actress, who recently played a 17 year old in Irrfan Khan starrer Angrezi medium, received appreciation from Amitabh Bachchan himself for her brilliant performance. In fact, all the films she has been a part of are starkly different to one another. But even so, she believes in auditioning and wants to audition for every role because that is how she landed her first stint.

In fact, in a recent interview, she has shared how she had landed her first role. Talking to TOI, she said, “I got my first break through an audition. They had found me on Facebook and asked me to come for an audition. I thought it might be a fraudulent exercise and so I asked two friends to come along with their hockey sticks. But the audition turned out to be a real one and that’s how my acting career took off. So, I will never be hesitant to audition for a role because that just tells me whether I can pull this off. It makes me more confident when I start work on that film.”

That’s an interesting story, something that people would want their posterity to even know, isn’t it? We wonder what would have happened had she not turned up for that audition!
