Rahul Vaidya hopes to announce wedding date soon; Plans to focus on music post Khatron Ke Khiladi 11

During his stint in Bigg Boss 14, Rahul Vaidya realized how deep his love is for TV actress and girlfriend Disha Parmar. He went down on one knee on camera and asked her to marry him on national television. She gave him his ‘YES’ a few months later when she entered the reality show as a guest on Valentine’s Day this year. The couple has been inseparable ever since. In fact, after Rahul returned home he spent lots of quality time with his fiancé before jetting off to Cape Town to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.

Well, fans are now eagerly waiting to hear wedding bells! The couple had planned to tie the knot soon after Rahul returned home from the BB house. However, they later decided to postpone the wedding till the COVID-19 pandemic situation gets better. In a recent chat with ETimes, Rahul was quoted saying, “Yes, we have had to push our wedding quite a few times because of the pandemic. Owing to the ongoing crisis, we can invite only 25 people, while I would want at least my close relatives and friends in attendance. However, we hope to announce the date soon.”

Talking about Khatron Ke Khiladi, he shared, “I hadn’t imagined that shooting for the show would be so much fun. Having said that, some stunts can be quite difficult and leave you with bruises.” The singer went on to state that he plans to concentrate on his music after two back to back reality shows. Rahul also wants to spend time with his family and friends uninterrupted and go on holidays. According to buzz, he will be returning home from Cape Town today.
