Raid’s Favorite Dadi Actress Pushpa Joshi No More

In the most unfortunate turn of events 87 years old actress, Pushpa Joshi breathed her last on November 26. Joshi was known as the Fevikwik Dadi for her appearance in the series of ads and she was loved and applauded by everyone when she made her Bollywood debut in Ajay Devgn’s raid.

She was admitted to the hospital after she sustained a fracture after falling down. She was thereafter operated on which went on well but the actress did not survive it and passed away on Tuesday.

Actor Rajkumar Gupta, who directed Joshi in Raid, took to social media to express his condolences. He wrote, “Very sad to hear about the passing away of Pushpa Joshi ji. One of the highlights of my directing career was watching you perform in RAID. You were a live wire on and off the sets. Wherever you are you will be smiling and spreading happiness Dadi ji. We will miss you. RIP.”

Pushpa Joshi was known for being the oldest actress to make her debut in Bollywood and from Kajol to Ajay Devgn to several others who watched Raid, could not stop raving about amazing she was in the film and later on she was seen in another film did Ramprasad Ki Tehervi.
