    Rajkummar Rao Talks About How His Character In Roohi Is Different From His Much Loved Vicky In Stree

    Rajkummar Rao starrer 2018 hit Stree became a landmark film in the genre of horror comedy in Bollywood. The movie led makers to introduce an entire universe and will be following it up the release of Roohi which stars Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma aside from Rajkummar.

    The actor already having won audiences hearts as the gifted goofy tailor, Vicky, in Stree is once again be seen busting ghosts in Roohi. He has explained how he tried to make his character Bhawra from his upcoming film stand out and be distinct from what he has already explored in Stree.

    Talking to Hindustan Times he said, “It is a very different world and character. My only thing was, people have loved Stree so much and they know Vicky so well, so I wanted to make Bhawra very different from Vicky. I gave him a different look and speech pattern. But the fun is pretty similar, so I really hope that people would come and enjoy this as much as they enjoyed Stree.”

    Roohi is about a ghost possesing a girl who abducts brides ahead of their wedding night. The film produced by Dinesh Vijan and directed by Hardik Mehta will release in theatres on March 11.
