Rajkummar Rao Wants To Experiment With Different Genres, Says 'I Want To Surprise Myself And My Audiences'

Rajkummar Rao is on a roll. The actor had two back to back releases with Ludo and Chhalaang and in both, we got to see a completely different avatar of the actor. In one, he played the comical role Aloo while in the other he played a PT teacher who is out to prove himself. He has always been trying, and nailing different kinds of roles and Rajkummar says that this is something he wants to do.

In an interview with Mid Day, the actor said, "I have always tried to experiment with different roles, and not restrict myself to one genre. As an actor, I am greedy for good scripts. I want to surprise myself and my audiences."

He also opened up about his role in Ludo, and about his resemblance with Mithunda and said, "Initially, the Mithun angle wasn't in the script. We were trying different hairstyles. When we tried this look, Dada [Basu] liked it. It's an honour that the audiences and critics are happy with my Mithunda avatar."

Well, Rajkummar has more films coming up, like The White Tiger and Badhaai Do, along with Dinesh Vijan's next Hum Do Humaare Do and he would have more kinds of roles to offer. We are pretty sure that he would be impressing us in whatever role he takes up.
