Rakul Preet Singh Talks About Her Upcoming Films, Reveals Her Equation With Arjun Kapoor

Rakul Preet Singh had been taking slow but steady steps in Bollywood. The actress, who had made her Bollywood debut back in 2014 had made name for herself in the south industry and after her performance in De De Pyaar De, she has become a sought after actress. Rakul had three releases up for this year- John Abraham starrer Attack, a film opposite Arjun Kapoor and another alongside Ajay Devgn and Sidharth Malhotra. With the lockdown enforced throughout the nation for close to three months now,  we have all been wondering what would the future of all the upcoming projects of Bollywood would be like. Well, Rakul shed some light on her future projects.

Talking to Mid Day, the actress revealed that Attack was almost complete and only the last leg of shoot had been left! She said, “Only one week of the shoot was left and it (the yet-untitled film with Kapoor) was supposed to release in July. Since the March shoot was in Europe, our tickets were ready well in advance.” She added that with the lockdown in place, she wonders when it would be shot. Yes, even the actress is actress is unclear about how they would complete the film. She had allotted a month to complete both the films- the one with Arjun and Attack.

She also talked about her equation with Arjun Kapoor and said, “He is a spontaneous guy, who keeps the environment light-hearted. There was no ice to break the first time we met.”

We are hoping everything gets fine and keeping our fingers crossed for the situation to return back to normal as early as possible!
