Ranveer Singh And Deepika Padukone Twin In Black At The Airport As They Return To Mumbai

Right after the Maharashtra government announced a 15-day lockdown in April, to handle the second wave of coronavirus, star couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone jetted off to Bengaluru. The love birds spent some quality time with the actress’ family there before her father Prakash Padukone contracted COVID-19 and was hospitalized. Deepika’s mother Ujjala Padukone and sister Anisha had tested positive and reports suggested that the actress may have also contracted the virus.

Well last night Deepika and Ranveer returned to Mumbai and were snapped at the airport as they walked hand in hand. As always, seeing them together was a treat for sore eyes. The couple looked casual and comfortable yet cool in their matching black outfits paired with bright white sneakers and oversized sunglasses. While Deepika tied her hair up in a messy bun, Ranveer opted for a cap to cover his long hair.

On the work front, the couple will soon reunite on the screen in Kabir Khan’s sports drama ‘83 and Rohit Shetty’s much awaited comedy, titled Cirkus. Ranveer will also be seen in Jayeshbhai Jordaar, whereas Deepika’s line up of films includes Pathan with Shah Rukh Khan and Shakun Batra’s next alongside Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
