Ranveer Singh Is All Hearts As He Consoles A ‘Disheartened’ Pakistani Fan After India’s Win

Trust Ranveer Singh to put a smile on people’s face even when they totally disheartened. The Padmaavat actor was having a time of his life hobnobbing with cricket legends during the India Pakistan World Cup match at Manchester on Sunday.

But apart from keeping us and the players entertained during the breaks in the match, Ranveer was also seen trying to lift the spirits of a Pakistani fan who was clearly disheartened by Pakistan’s loss to India. In a viral video, Ranveer can be seen giving the fan a tight hug and assuring the fan about next time. He also praised the team saying, “The boys are committed, dedicated, professional and they will be back.”

Apart from lifting the spirits of disheartened fans Ranveer also went on selfie clicking spree with the superstars of cricket who were present at the match. From Sourav Ganguly and Sachin Tendulkar to Brian Lara, Ranveer posed with all the legends.

Ranveer will be seen next in Kabir Khan’s 82 where he will be playing the role of Kapil Dev. Deepika Padukone, who is also co-producing the film, will be seen playing the role of Romi Bhatia, Kapil Dev’s wife. This will be Ranveer and Deepika’s first collaboration post their marriage.
