Ranveer Singh Rents A 4 BHK Flat For Rs 7.97 Lakhs A Month, Just Below Deepika Padukone’s 4 BHK Apartment?

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are happily married with some really big projects lined up for the two this year. But there is a surprising report that is doing the rounds of the media today!

Well, if media reports are to be believed, Ranveer Singh has rented a flat in the same building in which Deepika Padukone already owns a flat!

According to an Indian Express report, Ranveer Singh is believed to have rented a 4BHK flat in the Beaumonde Towers in Mumbai's Prabhadevi, the same building in which Deepika Padukone owns a 4BHK flat. 

Although there is no confirmation about it from the actor and no one knows why he bought a flat in the same building in which his wife owns a flat herself! The same report states, Ranveer has rented this flat for a tenure of 3 years.

The report further sheds light on information received from the registration department which states Ranveer has rented the flat for three years. He will be paying rent of Rs 7.25 lakh per month for the first two years and Rs 7.97 lakh per month for the last 12 months. For those unaware, Deepika had purchased her flat in this building for a whopping Rs 16 crore, back in 2010.

Well, it is for just one year. We hope all is well in paradise. You never know, you see!

On the work front, Deepika is all geared up for her 10^th January release Chhapak directed by Meghna Gulzar while Ranveer is all pepped up with his ambitious film ’83 which is a biopic on the life of cricketer Kapil Dev.
