Ranveer-Sonakshi Celebrate 7 Years Of Lootera; Deepika Calls It One Of Her Husband’s Best Performances

While some films are super hits, others stay with you for a long time. Then there are those masterpieces which leave you mesmerized thanks to the beautiful story and sets, talented cast and soulful music. Such was Vikramaditya Motwane’s 2013 film Lootera. Featuring incredibly talented actors Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead, the film not only won our hearts but also left us with a smile on our faces. It follows the story a young conman named Varun and the daughter of a Bengali zamindar, Pakhi.

As the film clocks in 7 years today, Sonakshi and Ranveer took to their official social media handles to share special videos celebrating the milestone of their masterpiece. The film received rave reviews and Sonakshi also won an award for Best Actress in a Romantic role. With Lootera, the two proved that they have the ‘act’ of an actor and left us in awe of their talent. In fact, Ranveer’s wife Deepika Padukone has called it one of his best performances ever!
