Rapper Badshah Is All Set To Make His Bollywood Debut In This Sonakshi Sinha Film

We had been waiting for 2020 to see the Bollywood debuts of a number of regional stars with Kabir Khan's '83 which has Ranveer Singh in the lead playing iconic cricketer Kapil Dev. But looks like 2019 will have just as many debuts and the latest star to join the list is none other than rapper/ singer Badshah.

Yes, you read that right. The man who had been adding raps to so many contemporary songs is all set to now woo us with his acting skills. He will debut with Khandaani Shafakhana.

The film will also star Sonakshi Sinha, Fukrey actor Varun Sharma and Annu Kapoor. Khandaani Shafakhana will release on 26th July. It will be directed by Shilpi Dasgupta and will be produced by Bhushan Kumar, Mrigdeep Singh Lamba and Mahaveer Jain.

Sonakshi Sinha was last seen in Kalank which flopped at the box office while Varun Sharma was seen in Fry Day, which was a disaster. The film will be important for both their careers.
