Rashmi Rocket: Taapsee Pannu And Team Will Head To Gujarat Next Week To Shoot Final Schedule

Taapsee Pannu is an incredibly versatile actor and she has proven the same time and again. The beauty was last seen in Anubhav Sinha’s critically acclaimed Thappad, in which she played the role of a housewife who takes a stand against her husband after he slaps her at a party. Well, Taapsee is now gearing up for her next project, titled Rashmi Rocket, in which she will be seen as a Kutch-based sprinter. She has been shooting in Pune and Ranchi since the last few months and will now head to Gujarat to shoot the last leg of the film.

In a report shared by Mid Day, a source was quoted saying, “When the unit decided to begin filming in November, heading to Gujarat was out of the question as they had not procured the permission required to shoot in Rann of Kutch. So, Akarsh and the team reworked the schedules, and commenced the shoot in Pune. With the permission having finally come through, the team will head to the location next week for the 14-day schedule.”

Other than Rashmi Rocket, which is directed by Akarsh Khurana, Taapsee has many other exciting projects in her kitty. For instance, she will be sharing the big screen with Tahir Raj Bhasin in the upcoming comedy Looop Lapeta, will shine in cricketer Mithali Raj’s biopic Shabaash Mithu and will also star in murder mystery Haseen Dillruba opposite Vikrant Massey.
