Raveena Tandon Reveals Which Director She Would Want To Work With If She Made Her Debut Today

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is undoubtedly one of the most popular, adored and sought after filmmakers of the Indian film industry today. May it be Devdas starring Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, or Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela and Bajirao Mastani featuring star couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone-- each of his masterpieces won hearts and left a mark not only in the history of Bollywood but also in our lives. Well, we are not the only ones in awe of the filmmaker.

In a recent chat with ETimes, Raveen Tandon was asked what sort of a film would she want to debut with if she was beginning her Bollywood journey today. To this the actress replied, “If I were to debut in today’s time, I think I would like to be a part of films that Sanjay Leela Bhansali makes. We also have films like ‘Highway’ being made, that completely blow me away. There are many new and young directors now who are making great films with women actors.”

Raveena went on to state, “I am happy that I am still a part of the industry and I get to see the change. I will next be seen in ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ and I am glad that I am still around to do these kinds of magnificent roles.” We are super excited to see her shine on-screen in KGF: Chapter 2. But we are also secretly hoping that Raveena and Bhansali collaborate sometime soon in the future for a ‘magnificent’ piece!
