Remo D'Souza Calls Salman Khan 'An Angel With A Heart Of Gold', Says He Personally Talked To The Doctors During His Treatment

Remo D'Souza had suffered a heart attack just a few weeks back. The actor had been discharged in about a week and now is keeping well and recovering. His family, friends and fans had been constantly praying for the choreographer turned director's speedy recovery. After he is doing better, he has thanked one and all. But one person he is especially thankful to is Salman Khan. In a recent interview, he opened up about how the actor rushed to his aid during his treatment.

Talking about Salman Khan, Remo told ETimes, “We (he and wife Lizelle) call him an angel as he has a heart of gold. I have worked with him and I know the kind of a gem that he is. Salman and I don’t talk much, like, I only say ‘yes, sir, okay sir’. Actually, my wife and Salman are very close. As soon as I was rushed to the hospital, Lizelle called him. And through the six days that I was in the hospital, he saw to it that I was taken good care of. He was also personally talking to the doctors.”

Earlier, Lizelle too had opened up about how Salman Khan had stood by her when Remo was in the hospital. Salman is known as one of those actors who have constantly stood beside those who needed help. Earlier, he had helped Faraz Khan, who unfortunately passed away.
