Rhea Chakraborty And Brother Showik's Bail Pleas To Be Submitted To Bombay High Court Today

Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Board (NCB) last week. After a special court rejected her bail plea, her lawyer had said that she would appeal to the Bombay High Court. The bail appeal is likely to be made today.

According to a report in Times Now, Rhea's lawyer Satish Manshinde might file for a bail plea for Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik, who was detained by NCB, today in two separate applications. The Bombay High Court hears bail applications on Mondays and Thursdays only. Since the order of rejection of the bail pleas by the sessions court was handed on Monday, Satish Manshinde might approach the High Court today, He had earlier said, “Even if we get a copy of the Order today, we are not in a hurry and moving immediately… we will study the order, it’s implications and developments in the case at the NCB level and then decide. There’s no room for speculation… once it is filed we will share a copy of the bail application.”

Rhea has been kept in Byculla Jail post her arrest in a single cell. She has not been provided with any bed or pillows, just a mattress to sleep on. Many Bollywood celebs have opened up and sought justice for Rhea.
