Rhea Chakraborty Files A Complaint Against Neighbor Dimple Thawani for Making Bogus And Misleading Allegations Against Her

After being granted bail, for almost after a month it seems like Rhea is gearing to wage a war against all those who tried to malign her image during Sushant Singh Rajput’s death investigation. To initiate with, the first person on Rhea’s list is Sushant’s neighbor, Dimple Thawani who claimed that she saw the actress with Sushant Singh Rajput on June 13. Rhea Chakraborty, through her legal team, has filed a complaint with the Superintendent of Police, against Dimple for all the false and misleading allegations she made against her.

In her complaint, Rhea said, that Dimple made “patently false and bogus allegations against me, knowing them to be false, to mislead the investigation.” Sources told Times Of India that when the CBI interrogated Thawani, she said she didn’t see Sushant and Rhea together on June 13, but had heard someone saying this.

Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde claimed that Thawani had lied on electronic media and appealed to CBI to take over the legal investigation against "those who mislead the investigation". CBI is yet to react to Rhea’s plea. 

In a statement, Satish said, "We will start going after people who defamed and tried to destroy her (Rhea) life...for a 2-minute glory on electronic media carrying fake news. One such person was Dimple who claims she is an SSR fan and believes she is his soulmate due to a past life connection. She claims that someone told her that SSR dropped Rhea home on the 13th."

Last week, commenting on the neighbor’s claims Rhea’s mother called all these allegations ‘baseless’ and an attempt to ride the tide, "We know this neighbour. She was a huge fan of Sushant's who came over to our place to meet him once. Why she'd say something like this without proof is beyond me. One just has to look at Sushant or Rhea's cellular location to know this whole thing is just another lie," Sandhya had said.
