Rhea Chakraborty's Brother Showik Had Links With Drug Peddlers? Chats Suggest He Was Procuring 'Maal' For His Father

Rhea Chakraborty’s family has now come under the scanner of the Narcotics Control Bureau and now chats between the actress’ brother Showik and a drug peddler apparently suggest that their father Indrajit Chakraborty might be using drugs too.

Showik texted an unknown ‘supplier’ in 2018 according to leaked chats asking for some ‘boom’ for his dad. He wrote, ‘Wanted a boom bro Dad wants, he added, ‘Didn’t realize his maals over’. The ‘supplier’ wrote back saying, ‘Lol bro mines over as well’, ‘Scoring tomorrow’.

Rhea Chakraborty has been accused of administering drugs to Sushant Singh Rajput. These chats point out that Rhea’s parents might have been aware of their drug habits. A drug peddler arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau yesterday reportedly also confessed knowing Showik.

The drug angle in the Sushant Singh Rajput case came to light after Enforcement Directorate found evidence in Rhea’s deleted chats suggesting she was involved with illegal drugs. The actress had however contradicted such allegations by saying she’s willing to take a narcotics test to prove she’s never taken drugs in her life.

In an interview with India Today she did, however, confess that Sushant Singh Rajput was a marijuana user and had picked up the habit while working on Kedarnath.
