    The Sushant Singh Rajput death case is not dying down anytime soon. Especially, after the CBI has taken over and many nitty-gritties are being looked into. Earlier, Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty had been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate and yet again on the 9th August, ’20 [Sunday] Rhea Chakraborty’s brother was called by the ED for interrogation in the money laundering case.

    The latest is, Times Now has it during her interrogation at the ED office, failed to submit one of her phone numbers. According to sources close to the news portal, Rhea was asked to submit all her electronic devices and it is being said that she didn’t reveal one of her numbers that she was using. 

    It has further been reported, when the ED asked Rhea about the call detail records of her second phone number, she admitted that she was using a second phone. Showik had stepped out for a brief period on Friday, which was to fetch Rhea’s second phone. It was also revealed that a forensic examination of the mobile phone will be conducted and data will be retrieved.

    Earleir Showik was interrogated by the ED and he left the Enforcement Directorate’s office in Mumbai’s Ballard Estate area at around 6:30 AM on Sunday after an overnight questioning session that began around Saturday afternoon.

    NDTV has it, the officials said Showik Chakraborty's statement was recorded under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and he was asked about his personal businesses, income, investments, and financial dealings with his sister and Sushant Singh Rajput.
