Rhea Chakraborty’s Father And Watchman ‘Ambushed’ By Reporters; Actress Shares Videos Asking Police For Help

Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise left the entire nation in shock. What further surprised his fans was that his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was accused of taking over his life, cutting him off from his family, allegedly drugging him without his knowledge and ultimately abetting his suicide. The actress has been under the radar of netizens and is being constantly trolled. She and her family members are also being questioned by the Enforcement Directorate and Central Bureau of Investigation.

According to latest reports, Rhea’s father Indrajeet Chakraborty has once again been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate. Well some time back, the actress took to her social media handle to share a shocking video of a swarm of reporters blocking her father’s way as he walked towards his building. Upset with this ‘ambush’, Rhea wrote: “This is inside my building compound , The man in this video is my father Indrajit chakraborty ( retd . army officer ) We have been trying to get out of our house to cooperate with ED , CBI and various investigation authorities to cooperate . There is a threat to my life and my family’s life .”

She went on to add that they have informed the local police and also requested the investigation authorities to help the family get to them, but to no avail. She also stated that in COVID times these basic law and order restrictions need to be provided. Rhea further wrote: “How is this family going to live ? We are only asking for assistance , to cooperate with the various agencies that have asked us . I request @mumbaipolice to please provide protection so that we can cooperate with these investigation agencies .”

Rhea shared another video of her building’s watchman who was allegedly attacked and threatened by the angry media. She shared, "Ram is my buildings watchman for the last 10 years , He is hurt , he was hit by #media Media people have entered my building compound and hurt the security guards and my father . Is this not a crime ? Who is responsible for this ? Is there any law at all ? Are we barbarians? #justiceforram." The actress concluded, “Will the concerned authorities kindly take notice , there are children and elders living in this building too . Or is this the system we live in ?”
