Richa Chadha On Moving In With Ali Fazal: “He’s Fun, And Unlike Most Boys, Likes To Help Around”

One of the most adored couples of Bollywood, the gorgeous Richa Chadha and the very handsome Ali Fazal had planned to tie the nuptial knot in April this year. However, their plans were ruined due to the coronavirus pandemic. Well, the lovebirds recently moved in together in a new apartment. They wanted a peaceful location and chose a place close to the sea with a neighborhood full of retired people. Richa revealed that it is secluded and affords some privacy unlike Bandra and Andheri.

In a recent chat with Mumbai Mirror, when the actress was asked how her fiancé Ali is as a flat mate, she shared, “He is fun, and unlike most boys, likes to help around. He chose the curtains without fuss; luckily, our aesthetics match for the most part. It's good to finally be able to take decisions together, right from what soap to buy to which maid to hire. Ali is a better cook, specially when it comes to continental cuisine. When we went grocery shopping, his bag was bigger than mine. I enjoy organic farming and here we have a space to grow a kitchen garden of our own, which he is helping me with.”

Talking about their wedding date, Richa stated, “How does one set a date when the number of cases is spiking every day? Till there's a vaccine, there's no use zeroing on a date.” The couple had planned a three-city affair so everyone could attend their wedding and their elderly relatives would not have had to travel. Now that travelling is anyway risky, Richa and Ali don’t want to change their original plans and will wait for things to get better.
