Rishi Kapoor’s Demise: Neetu Kapoor Expresses Gratitude For Doctors After Hospital Was Criticized For Leaking Private Video Of The Actor

Rishi Kapoor passed away on 30^th April 2020 after losing his battle with leukemia. The news came as a shock for fans and everyone in the Hindi film fraternity as a whole. It was like the end of an era. Yesterday, Rishi Kapoor’s ashes were immersed and a prayer meet was held at his residence by family members. All of us here can probably never fathom what the Kapoor family might be going through now. Rishi Kapoor’s wife, Neetu Kapoor tried to summarize it while thanking the ones who had been treating the late actor.

Taking to her social media handle, Neetu Kapoor posted pictures of Rishi Kapoor and revealed what a sense of loss they have as a family after he passed away. She also expressed her gratefulness for doctors who have been treating him and wrote, “As a family we have a deep sense of loss.. when we sit together and look back at the past few months what we also feel is immense gratitude - gratitude towards the doctors at HN reliance hospital! The whole team of doctors, brothers and nurses headed by Dr Tarang Gianchandani treated my husband like he was their own - they advised us like we were their own.. and for all that and more I thank them from the bottom of my heart..” See the post here:

Rishi Kapoor was admitted to HN Reliance hospital on 29^th April and the next day, he breathed his last. He had been diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and was cancer free in 2019. However, it relapsed after he returned back to India.
