Riteish Deshmukh Celebrates 20 Years Of Abhishek Bachchan Recalls Attending Refugee Premiere Says, 'Whistled At His Entry'

Abhishek Bachchan has completed two decades in Bollywood and on June 30 celebrates the release of his debut film Refugee alongside Kareena Kapoor. The actor who was grateful for all the love and support all through these years thanked his fans in a recent tweet and his friend Riteish Deshmukh commented recalling how he attended the premiere of the film.

Riteish in response to Abhishek’s tweet wrote how he was present at the premiere to witness Abhishek debut on the big screen with J.P. Dutta’s Refugee and even whistled as Junior Bachchan made his entry. The actor added the fact he hadn’t imagined they would work together one day.

Riteish and Abhishek were seen together in the film Housefull 3.

Abhishek has been celebrating his 20-year journey revisiting his various films through the years and the memories attached to each project he has been a part of. The actor has been widely appreciated for his films like the Dhoom series, Guru, Delhi 6, Yuva, Sarkar, Bunty Aur Babli, Paa, Bluffmaster Manmarziyan among others.

After this big milestone in his career Abhishek is now ready to make his debut in the OTT space with Breathe: Into The Shadows on Amazon Prime. The trailer of Abhishek’s web series drops tomorrow.
