RRR: Alia Bhatt To Join The Shoot Of The SS Rajamouli Film From November, Read Details...

SS Rajamouli has resumed the shoot of his upcoming film, RRR: Rise, Roar, Revolt just a few days back. The ambitious period drama is multilingual, and would also mark the debut of Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn into the Telugu industry. There had been many rumours that Alia might be dropped from the project, but those turned out to be untrue. In fact, she is all set to join the shoot of the film very soon next month!

According to a report in Mirror, the actress will join the cast of RRR and shoot for her portions in November and will be on the sets till the end. A source revealed that she is currently busy filming Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi and would start shooting for RRR after she wraps it up. She had also been taking Telugu language lessons to be able to dub her scenes herself. Meanwhile, the entire cast and crew quarantined together and began the shoot from October 5th. The leads- Jr. NTR and Ram Charan are shooting on and off. Alia will play the character of Sita and would be paired opposite Ram Charan. She will play a significant part in making the audiences understand the ideological fight between the two leads.

RRR will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, besides Telugu. It is tentatively scheduled for summer 2021 release.
