    Prernaa Arora, who was arrested for duping Vashu Bhagnani for over Rs 30 Crores is now out of jail on bail. The producer who spent almost 8 long months in jail feels the jail time has taught her a lot many things. During a recent media interaction, the producer apologised to whomsoever she has hurt, including Vashu Bhagnani and she also revealed that she was in need of a mentor who could show her the right way. Arora also admitted to having made more than one mistake.

    Her banner KriArj entertainment was founded by her and Arjun n. Kapoor. Their first production was Rustom that starred Akshay Kumar in the lead role in the year 2016. Post that two more films featuring Khiladi Kumar followed Padman and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. The producer had a number of films with some big actors to her name, which included Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer Fanney Khan and John Abraham’s Parmanu. But things got very ugly between her and John and the constant tiffs between the two resulted in a huge delay in the release of the film and things didn’t quite end there. The was also a legal spat.

    Post that things took a turn for the worse for Prernaa, producer Vashu Bhagnani’s Pooja Entertainment soon accused her of financial discrepancies and that is when the Mumbai Economical Offence Wing took her into custody.

    What’s worth noting is Prernaa had also co-produced Anushka Sharma’s horror flick Pari and Sara Ali Khan’s debut vehicle Kedarnath is now out of bail and she does finally have some respite. During the media interaction she stated, she is back to produce more films even though she will take some time to settle down. Arora also thanked her parents for staying by her in trying times.
