Saif Ali Khan To Make His TV Debut With Dipika Kakkar's New Show

If there is one actor in Bollywood who has been open to experimenting time and again, its is undoubtedly Saif Ali Khan. From playing offbeat roles to re-inventing him as a versatile actor, Saif has truly kept up with the changing dynamics of the industry.

He was one of the first major Bollywood stars to embrace digital content and he surely proved his mettle with Netflix India’s first original production, Sacred Games. Thus it does not come as a surprise that Saif is now making his foray into the world of television.

Saif has already shot Deepika Kakkar and Karan V Grover’s upcoming show Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum. He will be providing voice over for the show. In some ways, Saif will be hosting the new show the way Shah Rukh did for Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

A source close to the show talked to a major tabloid and said, “Saif shot a sequence where the leads are deciding where to go on a date. He shot alone for the part which featured a monologue and involved voice modulation as he is also shown giving voiceover for the female protagonist. The shoot went on for four-five hours.”

While this definitely just Saif testing the water, it would be quite interesting to see him bringing his insights and talent into the world of television.
