Saif Ali Khan Reveals He Was Offered Homeland And Daughter Sara Practised Lines With Him!

Saif Ali Khan has always been the Khan with a twist. He might not be that actor whose releases turn to a festival, but he has proved time and again that he is always game to experiment with his image. He is all geared up for his next release, Laal Kaptaan, where he will play a Naga Sadhu and a man who is out for revenge. Once again, his fans will be able to see him in a very different space. He is busy promoting the film right now and in one of the interviews, he has talked at length about whether he helps eldest daughter Sara with her film choices and revealed that he was offered Homeland.

In an interview with Zoom, the actor had revealed that the most he helps Sara with is by saying the lines with her. In was then that the actor revealed that he was offered a role in the popular TV show, Homeland. In the interview, he said,

"I was offered a part in Homeland. They wanted me to read something. Sara helped me read it and she was really excited. We have done some of that together. And we talk about it sometimes when some things come up. We talk about the environment. We discuss how to frame thoughts. But about scripts and films no...Because these are the decisions that you have to make yourself.”

Well, we can just imagine how Homeland might have looked with Saif in it. We wonder what did not fall in place! Or is it that he might have a part in the Season 4 of the show? Well, we will have to wait to know that.
