Saira Banu Grieves Rishi Kapoor’s Passing Says He 'Kept Alive The Bond Of Dilip Kumar And Raj Kapoor'

Bollywood's heartthrob Rishi Kapoor's death is being mourned by the entire nation. Kapoor was suffering from Leukemia and was also undergoing treatment for his ailment in New York. He returned to India in September 2019 after he was declared cancer-free.

But eventually, just one year from that prognosis, he eventually succumbed to the disease and breathed his last on the 30^th April, ’20. His sudden demise left everyone in shock, and the entire nation went into mourning with millions of fans posting fond memories and condolences.

Recently, actress Saira Banu took to her husband Veteran actor Dilip Kumar’s official Twitter account to express grief and sorrow on the passing of the actor.

She wrote, “Met loving #RishiKapoor hale and hearty recently. He always made it a point to affectionately come personally in our old traditional ways to give any invitation to family functions. Rishi always kept in touch n kept alive the bond of Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor. RIP."
