Salman Khan And Katrina Kaif Continue Their Tremendous Winning Streak With Bharat Turning Out To Be A Hit

There are certain jodis in Bollywood that turn out to be eternal. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif form one such pairing. With a great success record so far that has seen only one flop, the duo has been hot-n-happening ever since it was seen first on the big screen. The trend is only expected to continue with their upcoming films together.

Bharat - 150 crores and counting

This Eid, Salman Khan along with Katrina Kaif are being seen in a retro avatar together. It is fun to see the duo share screen space in Bharat which sees Salman Khan traverse decades, right from partition to the current times. While he is certainly turning grey in his older avatar, it was particularly enticing to see Katrina Kaif's transformation into a granny role for the film.

Tiger 3 (Announced)

With two super successful Tiger films behind them, it was quite natural to see Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif return for the third in the series. Though the official title of the film hasn't been announced yet, Yash Raj Films have their plans sorted out to make Tiger 3. Considering the fact that the undercover spies had loads of fun in the first two parts, one awaits the third now.

Tiger Zinda Hai - 339.25 crores

Their biggest film together, Tiger Zinda Hai is a Blockbuster to reckon with. The film was much awaited on its release and considering the fact that director Ali Abbas Zafar certainly knows a lot about how to present the two superstars on screen, the results were there to be seen. The action entertainer set the screens on fire and turned out to be a 300 Crore Club success.

Ek Tha Tiger - 199 crores

The film which missed entering the 200 Crore Club by just 1 crore, Ek Tha Tiger was the beginning of the Tiger series for Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Compared to the second installment where the duo was seen as a married couple, it was this kick-start of the franchise which had good chemistry between the two superstars who share a great bond off the screen too.

Bodyguard (Katrina in guest appearance)

This was the time period when Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif did quite a few guest appearances in each other's films. In Bodyguard, Katrina Kaif was seen for barely a couple of minutes during the title song. However, she sizzled big time and made sure that her moves were remembered for time to come. It was 'paisa vasool' moment for audiences to see the duo together.

Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahaani (Salman in guest appearance)

This was the film which had Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif together but Salman Khan was more than happy to step in and play, well, Salman Khan himself. A hilarious scene that drew a lot from the real life of the trio as well, it added on to the commercial success that this Raj Kumar Santoshi directed comedy had turned out to be.

Yuvvraaj - 18 crores

The only film of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif which didn't do well at all at the Box Office, Yuvvraaj was a dream project by Subhash Ghai. The film was meant to be yet another magnum opus by the filmmaker but audiences totally rejected the film. In fact there was no real chemistry on display between Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif either and that showed on screen.

Hello (Salman and Katrina in guest appearance)

A film which was basically an ensemble affair, Hello had guest appearances by Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif who shared a few scenes together. The sequence of events from the film are actually hardly memorable as the film couldn't really cover much of a distance.

Partner - 60 crores

A hilarious affair by David Dhawan which had Govinda making a comeback to the big screen, this one actually had Katrina Kaif paired opposite him with Salman Khan mainly lending a helping hand. Nonetheless, what matters is that their presence together ensured that audiences were interested to check out the film and eventually went home entertained.

Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya - 26 crores

This is the first time ever when Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif shared screen space together. Yet another David Dhawan directed film, it also featured Sohail Khan in an important part. The film was a good success at the Box Office and paved the way for many more instances of the 'jodi' to be sharing screen space together in years to come.
