Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde’s Bhaijaan to arrive on Diwali 2022; film will go on floors this year

After winning hearts with Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai, Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan has left fans eagerly waiting for his next. The superstar has an exciting line up of films in the pipeline and one of his most talked about projects is Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, the title of which was recently changed to ‘Bhaijaan’. Also starring the gorgeous Pooja Hegde, the film will see Salman in the titular role as the eldest of four brothers. Well, a pretty exciting update of the comedy drama is now out!

According to a report shared by Bollywood Hungama, Bhaijaan will arrive on Diwali next year. A source was quoted saying, “Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala recently met to discuss the shooting schedule and release date of Bhaijaan and they have unanimously decided on making an attempt to bring it during the Diwali 2022 weekend. The duo is of the opinion that the script is loaded with comedy and family based emotions, making it an ideal watch for the audience during the festive season of Diwali.”

Directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film will star Aayush Sharma, Asim Riaz and Zaheer Iqbal as Salman’s younger brothers who are looking for the perfect bride for their unmarried Bhaijaan. The report further suggests that the shoot will kick-start in November this year soon after Salman completes Tiger 3 opposite Katrina Kaif.
