Sanjana Sanghi Reacts To Rhea Chakraborty’s Allegations About Delay In Clearing MeToo Allegations Against Sushant

New findings are coming to the fore on a daily basis in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. After CBI took the reins of the investigation in their hands many new angles have come to light in the matter. Now, WhatsApp chats have been outed wherein discussions related to narcotic substances by Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Siddharth Pithani and others have surfaced.  

This development in the case came after Rhea Chakraborty's interview about Sushant wherein she stated that the deceased actor habitually smoked marijuana.  

In the same India Today interview, Rhea had also claimed that Sanjana Sanghi and publicist Rohini Iyer might part of a bigger nexus when she was asked about the 'real enemies' of Sushant Singh Rajput. In the year 2018, MeToo allegations were leveled against the late actor which involved his Dil Bechara co-star Sanjana Sanghi. The film was then called Kizie and Manny. Sanjana squashed the rumours more than a month later. 

Now, in an interview with Cosmopolitan, Sanjana Sanghi stated that she has said enough about the #MeToo allegations revolving around her and Sushant; she also questioned where all these ‘negativity’ and ‘toxicity’ came from. She told the channel, "I literally cannot entertain that stuff right now.”

Rhea had revealed, when Sushant was accused in a MeToo allegation involving Sanjana Sanghi, the latter didn’t speak out immediately to refute the claims and that it took her more than a month to tell the truth. Rhea further asked, in this day and age, when everyone is equipped with the internet what took her so long to respond especially when her own name was involved in the incident. The Jalebi actress also stated that this inordinate delay deeply worried Sushant and he couldn’t many sleepless nights.

After Rhea Chakraborty’s interview about Sushant’s alleged drug addiction, his sister Shweta Singh Kirti leaked WhatsApp group messages of Rhea, her brother and Siddharth Pithani where they are seen mentioning ‘Blueberry kush’ and ‘doobies.’ For the uninitiated, the NCB has already sent notices to Rhea Chakraborty, Jaya Saha, Showik Chakraborty and hotelier Gaurav Arya.
