Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt's Sadak 2 Ratings Slip As Low As 1.1 On IMDb, Twitter Couldn't Resist Rubbing It In With A Meme Fest

Sadak 2 might have been on the much-awaited list of those who watched and appreciated the original starring Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt but in less than 24 hours of its release, the sequel has garnered both bad reviews and the audience’s wrath.

With rating on IMDb for Sadak 2 slipping as low as 1.1, Twitter couldn’t resist rubbing the fact by making the film trend on Twitter. While reviews are calling the film ‘terrible’, ‘lackluster’, ‘boring’ and many more words on similar lines the anti-nepotism brigade is celebrating the disproval the film is getting.

The sequel stars Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur who joined the original cast Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt on this journey that also marks the comeback of Mahesh Bhatt as a filmmaker. Sadak 2 had already earned the top spot on YouTube for being the most disliked trailer on the platform as enraged audiences expressed their anger on this ‘all nepotistic’ venture after Sushant Singh Rajput’s unfortunate death.

The matter also resulted in controversy where the audiences had already decided the verdict on the film before its release. Unfortunately for Sadak 2 the bad content just made the task a whole lot easier for the haters.
