Sanjay Dutt Remembers His Dad Sunil Dutt On His 15th Death Anniversary, 'Thank You For Always Having My Back'

On this day, 15 years ago, veteran actor Sunil Dutt breathed his last. He was a phenomenal human besides being a caring husband to Nargis and a doting father to actor Sanjay Dutt.

He has been a part of movies which have etched their names in the history of Indian cinema. Dutt Saab was very protective towards his son and when Sanjay Dutt was prosecuted and put behind the bars after the 1993 Bombay bombings, he made sure, he brought his son out from the jail and left no stone unturned to achieve that.

Sanjay Dutt was always sad about the fact that his mother could not attend the premiere of his debut film Rocky opposite Tina Munim and this was also reportedly the reason behind his drug obsession. His dad stood beside him like a rock and made sure his son got all the support he desired.

Today on the 15^th death anniversary of his dad, Sanjay Dutt took to his official Instagram account and shared how he is missing his dad. He wrote, “With you by my side, I knew that I don't need to worry about anything. Thank you for always having my back. Miss you today and everyday Dad❤️”
