Sanjay Gupta's Mumbai Saga released just last week. The film, which has an epic face-off between John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi, has managed to grab approx Rs. 12 crores in the box-office. And now, it lookss like Sanjay Gupta already has the idea ready for his next.

If a report in Peepingmoon is to be believed, then the director's next would be about the shootout at Mumbai's JJ Hospital. This will be the third part of the Shootout franchise. The report further states that the film would have a young actor playing the lead, and the talks are on, although nothing has been confirmed. It would be written by Rajat Arora, who earlier wrote Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai and would be produced by Ekta Kapoor. It would be loosely based on a chapter from Hussain Zaidi's Byculla To Bangkok and would be produced by Ekta Kapoor.

For the uninitiated, a shoot out took place in Mumbai's JJ Hospital in 1992 between Dawood and Arun Gawli. Reportedly, at the peak of their rivalry. Arun Sawli's men murdered Dawood's brother-in-law, Ibrahim Parkar. To avenge this, Dawood sent men to gun down two assailants admitted into the hospital for treatment. Two constables were also killed during the shootout. The official confirmation is still awaited.
