Sanjay Mishra Is A Gift From Universe To Us, Says Andaman Actor Anand Raaj

Actor Sanjay Mishra will be seen playing an inspirational role in film Andaman which he recently shot in Lucknow. It has been directed by debutant director Smita Singh and written by Anand Raaj, who is also playing the protagonist. It is produced by 8 pillars motion pictures. This film is an inspirational social drama around a quarantine centre made in an unprivileged village. It deals with harsh realities of our society with great sense of humour. This film will hit the screen next year.

Anand Raaj opened up about working with Sanjay Mishra and shared, "What I learnt that most essential aspect of an artist is his life.I was mesmerized with his ability to add a unique heroism while maintaining the essence of the character. He can take a scene to a different level merely using a small gesture. You can learn so much from him even when he is not in front of the camera. I am extremely fortunate to have worked with him as an actor and writer."

He also shares about his thoughts while writing Sanjay Mishra's character saying, "He is a gift from universe to us for this film. While writing his character I have invisioned that someone like Sanjay sir can do justice with this character. And that was almost impossible think to get him on board due to our limitations. But fortunately he said yes to our film to support us."

The film unfolds the difficulties encountered by the villagers in a quarantine center made in an unprivileged village. This film is rooted in the daily life challenges of common people in rural areas with a great sense of humour and reflects how the most challenging times can pave the way for the greatest of transformation.
